Effective prevention strategies in low HIV prevalence settings

This best practices document from UNAIDS attempts to identify challenges facing countries with more concentrated and limited HIV epidemics than those in sub-Saharan Africa. It proposes a prevention strategy to keep prevalence low and avoid sub-epidemics in high-risk groups.
