Health Information System Architecture

By Anne Chasny | 01 Aug, 2016

Dear colleagues,
We would like to have references on the HIS Architecture. Since you may already aware that nowadays (or even before) the HIS consist of many applications to support health programmes to provide better data and better information but they might not communicate to each others. In Indonesia, we still facing this problem and we are know trying to solve it. One of solution is to develop HIS architecture, and it's an important guide for country to develop on HIS.
Appreciated if you anyone here, as experts can inform any reference documents, update and lesson learn from other countries.
Many thanks.
with best regards
Dr Anne Chasny

Hi Anne,
There's also OpenHIE (Health Information Exchange), https://ohie.org/ a
community that focuses on creating interoperability between systems.

Also, there was also the Australian Interoperability Spotlight which had
many reference documents from that country (

)
