I would like to see that patient education and or health literacy be part of this event. The focus on patient engagement is now the focus and communications between patient and physician or medical group is essential.

Visual communications and innovation (VCI) is an initiative in VCI which improves the effectiveness of healthcare industry through visual collaboration. Visual collaboration goes beyond video conferencing in that online meeting platform, clinicians and patients can talk, face-to-face, and share information in real-time.

Olajide Adebolain reply to your note .... You are right about patient engagement. We would be glad to have you speak on VCI at the event.

Thank you for your invitation and although unable to be at the event in Nigeria that I welcome teleconferencing of my presentation or can prepare my presentation to be distributed.

I look forward to your consideration.

One of my initiatives is to establish global alliance for telehealth and eHealth which would establish for each country a ROADMAP for Telemedicine as plan of action that would raise awareness and national support for a health care system utilizing the latest health care technology.
