Christine Pace, MD, MSc is a primary care physician and addiction specialist. She is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Boston University Medical School, and the Medical Director of Behavioral Health Integration and Associate Medical Director of Adult Primary Care at Boston Medical Center. She graduated from Harvard Medical School in 1997. She completed a residency in Primary Care Internal Medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital in 2010, and a fellowship in Addiction Medicine at Boston University School of Medicine/Boston Medical Center in 2012. In additional to her clinical and administrative roles at BMC, she has successfully integrated primary care into several local substance use treatment settings including a methadone clinic and the Boston Public Health Commission's Wellness Project. Her areas of focus are medication-assisted treatment for substance use disorders; care for pregnant and post-partum women with opioid use disorders; and the integration of primary medical care with care for substance use disorders and other behavioral health conditions.
