Elizabeth Glaser, PhD., M.S., received a PhD in Social policy, focusing on global health and development, and an MS in International Health Policy and Management from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management, Brandeis University. She was a past Zinberg Fellow in Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. Her doctoral thesis was on the impact of malaria on school attendance, health related quality of life, and household economy. She has more than 20 years of experience working with underserved populations in domestic and international settings. She is an expert for the Global Burden of Disease 2013 and 2015 in HIV and malaria. She is a past president of the Boston Chapter of the Association of Nurses in HIV/AIDS care and is currently on the advisory board for the Global Nursing Caucus.
