Jim Lloyd, JD, MMP, is a program officer at the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS). In this role, he supports CHCS’ efforts related to populations with complex medical and social needs, and payment and delivery system reform, including the Transforming Complex Care initiative​, and the Medicaid Accountable Care Organization (ACO) Learning Collaborative.

Prior to joining CHCS, Mr. Lloyd was a research associate at Rutgers University’s Education and Employment Research Center, where he contributed to program evaluations of workforce training initiatives, including a program to provide hybrid and online training to health care workers in rural mountainous areas of the country, and one designed to train community health workers in New Jersey. Mr. Lloyd also worked with the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers to help develop plans for the iPhd integrated data system for the state of New Jersey.

Mr. Lloyd received his JD from Fordham University School of Law and a master’s degree in public policy with a concentration on health care policy from the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University.
