Countries will have to conform to providing wide access to bedaquiline and particularly safer treatment options for patients. There is no excuse now that bedaquiline is a core drug in the long regimen. We have our work cut out for us to ensure wide access to the long regimen.

Thanks Kathleen for posting this factsheet on Omni. What is remarkably worrying with Omni is that the marketing has preceded it's performance. Such that we don't know about it's performance, it is not endorsed by WHO, yet people globally and on the ground are actively advocating for it's use. Responsible ...
