B Sc Concordia University, Loyola College, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Started Health Informatics (HI) in the hospitals of Canada in 1972. Oversaw more than 150 HIS implementations in Canada. Won contract to computerize the hospitals of Jamaica in 1997 - the first developing country to implement a national PAS implementation which includes Surveillance (Injury) - at the point-of-contact with the patient. I have published three peer-reviewed papers on HI for developing countries.
